Ivan Guillen 

Our first chef behind the experience brings an approach rooted in open-fire cooking, blending techniques from Latin American coastal cuisine with the comforting tradition of American farm to table experience. Known for creating bold, shareable dishes that highlight seasonal ingredients and live-fire preparation, his work centers on bringing people together through vibrant, family-style meals.

Bartenders

The bar program is led by a rotating lineup of bartenders sourced by Kandy Cocktail, each bringing a distinct perspective to the evening’s experience. Working in collaboration with featured brands, they craft a curated cocktail menu designed to pair seamlessly with the food, elevating each course while fostering connection through thoughtful, shared moments.
